AAA on Galavision

The announcers welcome us to the show from Monterrey, and they show the usual summary video from last week's show. for this show, more Mini Tournament action, a rematch between Aerostar and Jack Evans, and the Hell Brothers team up with Silver King to take on the Legion.


1) AAA Mini Championship (Qualifying Match #9)
Mini Abismo Negro & Atomic Boy

-First Fall: Abismo dominates the match with powerhouse moves. Atomic makes the comeback, and even hits a suicide dive on Abismo. Abismo locks an Inverted Leglock, and Atomic submits.

Winner: Mini Abismo Negro


*Promo Video: This one focuses on the broken relationship between Fabi Apache and Billy Boy. The Morenos seemed to add a different flavor to the feud, but the main problem is Billy, so it's the same crap all over again. This also hypes the match at Verano de Escandalo.


2) Fabi Apache & Sexy Star vs. Cinthia Moreno & La Diabolica

-First Fall: The heels start the early double team attack. Fabi manages to make a short comeback, but Cinthia assaults her again. Sexy aids her partner, but Fabi accidentally dropkicks her. Fabi locks La Tapatia on Cinthia, while Sexy pins Diabolica with a fast School Girl.

Winners: Fabi Apache & Sexy Star


*Noti AAA:
-Looks like VdE will be next week. Matches are: Ciber/Chessman, Tag Titles in a ladder match (the usual teams are involved), the Mini's Title will be on the line, and the Mixed Tag Titles involving the Apaches and the Morenos.
-Hype on Electro's excessive assaults on Superfly, during last week's show.
-The feud between Vampiro and Mesias isn't over, and it will continue at VdE
-Hype for the Mini's match, and they claim they're the best in Mexico (if you don't count the CMLL Minis, then it is true)
-Octagon and Pirata Morgan visited Spain.
-It's official, there will be another "Antonio Pena Memorial Show" for next month.


*Pretaped Segment: Billy is talking by cell phone with someone. He's thanking that person for giving him the necessary support. Seems like he's talking to a girl, but who could it be?


3) Poder del Norte (Tito Santana, Tigre Cota & Rio Bravo) vs. Billy Boy, El Angel & Superfly

-First Fall: The Northern Power begins the early triple team attack on every tecnico. Billy begins to use quick aerial moves to start the comeback. Billy does a suicide dive on Santana, and Fly does his Cartwheel Moonsault on Cota. Angel closes with the Asai Moonsault on Bravo. In the ring, Fly pins Cota with the German Suplex.

Winners: Billy Boy, El Angel & Superfly


*Pretaped Segment: Angel and Fly cut a promo, and they bow to finish the Legion. Fly wants Electro, and Aerostar wants to finish Evans. Then we go to the "Golden Wings" Tournament, to see how Aerostar defeated Evans. Now Evans is really pissed off, and wants his rematch no matter what. (Evans is still cutting very hard promos in English)


4) Golden Wings Tournament (Rematch)
Jack Evans (w/Teddy Hart) vs. Aerostar (w/Superfly)

-First Fall: This match is worth calling. Both men start with technical holds, unusual for high flyers. Aerostar sends Evans to ringside with a huge dropkick. Evans returns, and starts using hard kicks on Aerostar. Evans grabs a bottle of water, and spits it on Aerostar's face. Evans misses an acrobatic elbow, and lands outside the ring. Aerostar capitalizes to hit the Drowzy Dive on Evans. Aerostar hits a botched 450 Splash on Evans. Now Evans hits the 630 Senton, but Aerostar lifts his knees. Aerostar climbs the top, but Hart pulls his feet. Evans tries a Superplex, but Aerostar turns it into a DEVASTATING top rope Canadian Destroyer. Aerostar covers, but Electroshock attacks Aero and Fly. This causes the DQ.

Winner: Aerostar

-Aftermath: The Hart Foundation and Electro destroy the tecnicos. Electro is ruthless with his attacks on Fly.


*Pretaped Segment: Gato still wants the fans to write to a given e-mail, to send support for the depressed Porky. Mesias blames his guys, because Vampiro is still around. Ozz and Scoria are tired of the insults of Mesias, and they are sick of doing Mesias' dirty work for him. Mesias tells his guys they will continue to work for him, whether they like it or not. Elegido cuts a promo, and bows to finish Pirata Morgan. Elegido now focuses on La Secta, and along with Mascara Divina and Vampiro, they will finish La Secta.


5) Mesias, Dark Ozz & Dark Scoria vs. Vampiro, El Elegido & Mascara Divina

-First Fall: The heels start the early triple team attack, and Mesias goes after Vampiro. Mesias brings a chair to punish Vampiro. Vampiro starts the comeback with clotheslines and Big Boots. The masked tecnicos go after the Secta guys, while Vampiro brawls with Mesias at ringside. Divina does the suicide dive on Scoria, while Vampiro and Mesias battle in the crowd. In the ring, Ozz uses a Swinging Bottom to pin Elegido.

Winners: Mesias, Dark Ozz & Dark Scoria

-Aftermath: The brawl continues, and the security staff split both Mesias and Vampiro.


*Pretaped Segment: Hype to the angle of Konnan and Roldan's car. Silver King cuts another good promo. He says the Legion is done, because the King has joined the army. Long live Silver King!! Inside the locker room, Electroshock and Hart cut promos, and they bow to finish Fly, Parka, and the Hell Brother. Zorro comes out of nowhere, and he's still acting in a weird way. Zorro claims he's the only leader around, and promises tonight will be a good day. On the other hand, Ciber and Chessman are talking, and Ciber is very happy to be reunited with Chessman. Ciber leaves, but Chessman keeps smiling.


6) Cibernetico, Chessman & Silver King vs. Zorro, Electroshock & Teddy Hart (w/Nikki)

-First Fall: What else do you expect from the main events of this show? Typical Legion match, with the early triple team attack. Teddy Hart does an amazing Moonsault on Chessman, who was outside. The heels begin to target the knees of Cibernetico. Chessman counters the Monkey Flip of Electro into a huge Superkick, and the comeback begins. Mesias arrives to the ring with chair in hand, but Chessman takes him down. Chessman tries to powerbomb Mesias, but Cibernetico stops him. Chessman spits red mist on Ciber, and tries to powerbomb him. Silver is fouled by Chessman, and Mesias saves Ciber by attacking Chessman. Chessman has officially snapped and attacks Ciber. Chessman let the Legion pin him.

Winners: Zorro, Electroshock & Teddy Hart

-Aftermath: Chessman goes after Ciber and Mesias, but the Secta attacks him. Chessman gets rid of the Secta, and continues to attack Cibernetico. The Secta guys try to help Mesias and Ciber, but both refuse their help. Both Ciber and Mesias stare each other.



FINAL COMMENTS: Overall, and good show. The main event sucked as usual, but the angle they did was very good. We're talking about a huge feud that so far is mixing Cibernetico, Chessman, Mesias and the Secta guys. Don't like to spoil things, so you will have to wait for Verano de Escandalo, which will air in a couple of weeks.
